It has been a pleasure to be teaching at the primary level for the past 15 years. I have witnessed and embraced the transformation of education and all the potential that it has for our young learners. Currently, I team teach in a K-1 classroom with a generative curriculum, placed based learning, cooperative learning environment, habits of mind and multi-age teaching as a platform. Our learners work with learning plans which help them to learn with their passions. It is a true treasure to witness their motivation, engagement and love of learning!
