Leadership is not limited to Student Council. Students can be incredible problem solvers if they are given latitude to do so. Over his 8 year tenure as Dean of Students, Rishi helped create leadership systems that were student centric and allowed students to be problem solvers. Learn about leadership opportunities for students through advisory, retreats, diversity, clubs and project based learning. Participants will leave with ideas that they can take back to their own schools.
