This section will offer a variety of meditation tips and techniques; it ranges from positive psychology and implementation of visualization, to various breathing techniques, tapping on the Chinese meridian system and gazing exercises.
It can help you to be relaxed but connected, and peaceful but with more presence and energy. It can also help you to enhance your personal as well as professional relationships with your students and others!
